A national study for Deaf men who have sex with men (DMSM)

The University of Minnesota D-P@rk research team is looking for over 200 DMSM! There will be a $40 compensation after completion of two online surveys.

Brooklyn Park Police Department polling Deaf resident interest in safety classes

Greetings!
The Brooklyn Park Police Department is interested in offering an interpreter for its classes that it offers.  We are in the process of finding out if the Deaf residents of Brooklyn Park would be interested in stuff like this.  Some of the classes offered are: Personal safety and Burglary protection/awareness.  As a police Department, we would also like to reach out and connect with the Deaf community to make sure they are aware of all the services we offer.  If you are interested in finding out more, please E mail Me at:

Deaf Culture Salon Presents: The Art of Being

Cynthia will also be inviting the audience to join in creating a fun, unique and dynamic work of community art.

Crom Saunders presents "Cromania!"

Cromania! is Crom Saunders' one-man show featuring skits that incorporate pop culture, impersonations, improvisation, American Sign language, puns, and physical feats into one big laugh fest. Crom came up with the idea for this show based on his love of books, theatre, and movies. He draws a lot from contemporary film and theatre, but also pays homage to the classics like Shakespeare and classic horror movies.
