Minneapolis Monarch Festival on Saturday, September 11 from 9am to 2pm at Lake Nokomis. We are celebrating the monarch butterfly 2300 mile migration from Minnesota to Mexico with good food, dance, music, live monarchs, migration games, art activities, native plant sales, info about creating monarch habitat at home and more.
The events on the main stage will be signed from 9am to 2pm and there will a roving interpreter to go where requested by Deaf festival-goers. The info booth will serve as the contact point to connect with the roving interpreter.
